Boys Summer Workout Schedule

We’ll have practices scheduled throughout the summer. These first practices will be Captain-led and is important to build up your base. The schedule will be as follows:

Time for ALL practices - 7:00am-8:30am

Plan on about 6-9 miles each day once the season starts rolling. This will usually be around 1 and a half to 2 hours. We’re all excited for another great year of running and hope to see a good turnout over the summer. Thanks!
