* Summer training is the absolute Key to Success
with cross country in the fall. *

The first half of summer practices are led by the team captains (called Athlete-led or Captain-led practices).  The second half of summer is led by the Coaches.  The boys and girls teams practice separately during the summer, but meet up for a beach run and barbecue in September.

Coach-led Summer Practice:

Two action items that must be completed BEFORE Coach-led practices start:

  1. You must be registered for the summer cross country practice/training.  $100 donation.

     

  2. You must turn in your completed Athletic Clearance Site which involves getting a physical exam by a medical doctor. (New physical/clearance packets must be done each year.) So, schedule your medical appointment ASAP.
